Dear Viking Travel,
Wintrust Financial Corp. Platinum Adventures Club traveled with Viking Travel Services to South Africa for 2 weeks in September, 2011. Our tour was very well planned and organized by Liz Wolak. Liz spent countless hours in preparation by hosting trip previews with each of our banks within Wintrust, speaking with the travelers on numerous occasions answering their many queries and accommodating their special requests for seating on the flights and food requirements, etc. She customized our tour and presented us with an extensive itinerary which completely satisfied our requests.
Our travelers have raved about the trip, they were very happy with every aspect of the tour. Our hotel accommodations and meals were top rate, as were the local guides along the way. We had ample time allotted to safaris and were more than happy with the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Kirkmans Kamp. Our group has many memories to keep from this fabulous trip and we are looking forward to working with Liz in the future on our next great adventure to the South of France. Thanks Liz!

We can’t thank you enough for helping us to plan the most amazing vacation ever! The Iberostar Paraiso Maya in the Riviera Maya, Cancun Mexico was absolutely beautiful! I would highly recommend it to everyone! Everything about it was fabulous, from the moment we pulled up to the entrance, I could tell it was going to be an amazing trip. The accommodations were perfect, the food & drinks were incredible, the pools, and beach so much fun, and the entertainment was top notch! The place was impeccably clean, I just can’t say enough about the resort!

What an amazing & memorable honeymoon trip! You took our vacation wish list & made it a reality. You even thought of essential things we didn't, while making the planning process stress-free & pleasant. Your entire staff was very friendly and made planning our honeymoon an exciting process. Thank you for arranging all of our transportation, complete with guides there to welcome us. We were nervous about traveling from city to city but they took away that anxiety. We were able to relax & enjoy all of the beauty Italy had to offer with each transfer instead of searching through maps & stressing over finding our way.

Our Destination Wedding and Honeymoon was perfect! We had the most wonderful time, in Mexico and at Universal. Dave and I were upgraded to the oceanfront honeymoon suite when we arrived on Wednesday. The wedding planner and photographer were both fantastic, and the spa was great too.
Universal was awesome! Staying at the Hard Rock worked out really well, since the room key was an express pass for all the rides and we could use it as a credit card. We were also granted early access to the Harry Potter section an hour before the park opened, which let us go on that ride without waiting very long. I would highly recommend it!
