Apply for Passports, if needed, well in advance - to avoid delays and extra fees.

The trip went very well. You were correct in saying the Grand Paraiso is a beautiful resort. We were very impressed and would not hesitate to book there again.
I also wanted to thank you for a great overall experience. I know the past few years that online has become the preferred method to book trips to save a few bucks, but I have to say my experience would not have been near as enjoyable without your personal touch. It was worth every penny. With all the wedding planning going on we would not have the time to deal with the flights being dropped/changed 2 different times.
It was also great that you were able to save us a significant amount of money due to the price change. Again, something we did not have the time to keep an eye on. I want to thank you for all your time and effort to help make our honeymoon so effortless and enjoyable. I hope to do business with you in the future.
