Thank you! We had a wonderful trip! The weather was perfect and the accommodations were all quite nice and in great locations. The Tauck tour director was wonderful, and with only one exception, our local tour guides were fabulous! In fact, Tom saw our Florence art history guide featured on a recent History Channel program as an art expert on Renaissance art! Throughout the trip, we did not wait in line anywhere, even when many of the sites had lines that were several hours long! Without a doubt, the highlight of our trip was the after-hours tour of the Vatican. We spent HOURS alone ( just the 30 persons in our group) with a private tour guide, roaming around the Vatican museum at our leisure. Believe it our not, we spent 45 minutes alone in the Sistine Chapel, discussing the art with the local tour guide. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We had a fabulous time and the tour group was great. Our tour director was very knowledgeable and helpful with making reservations and answering questions.
Really enjoyed meeting all the families….. Our tour guides were fantastic.
Rome was amazing with the history. Florence was our favorite! Venice - take it or leave it. Too congested when we were there - but, we had a great tour of the Murano Glass Factory and a fantastic demonstration of authentic mask making. Loved our little side tour or Orvieto and wish we had had more time there. Girls enjoyed Leaning Tower of Pisa.
