Question #1:  Why should I bother with a travel agent?

Our travel agents' knowledge of the culture, geography, resorts, cruise lines and transportation is indispensable.  In addition, often times our agents have been where you want to go, so they can offer personal experience as well!  So if you do book online, you may be losing out on a valuable resource -- our expertise!

As we talk and get to know you better we will know what it takes to coordinate a great vacation that is the best value for you.  We understand - no two customers are alike. What works for one may not work for another. Our goal is to exceed your expectations while providing the best overall solution for your individual travel needs.

Question #2:  Am I guaranteed a cheaper price if I use a travel agent? 

Saving money is not just about price. It is more about value. If the hotel was not the right location, if the cruise line was not the right cruise line, if the golf course was not the right golf course, it won't matter how much you saved. Right?  One can save a some money and be miserable or spend a little more and get a vacation that exceeds all of your expectations!

Our travel experts may recommend relevant options or special offerings that may provide a cost savings. Moving a date, changing the location of a room/cabin, being open to flight options, etc., all to simply save you money. We are well aware that nobody wants to pay more than necessary so our planners will help you find the best vacation at the best value without sacrificing overall quality.

Plus, in addition - you've probably heard the old adage: "Time is money."  Isn't your time worth something? If you work with one of our trusted agents, you will find that you don't need to spend what little free time you have, scouring the web, trying to piece everything together-- flights, cars, cruises, rooms, excursions, etc. In addition, we might be working with suppliers that you simply don't have access to, and in many cases, due to our industry connections and professional relationships, we may be able to garner special treatment, upgrades, and extras that you don't have access to. Question #4:  How do travel agents get paid? 

Typically, we are paid a commission by the vacation supplier, tour operator, cruise line or resort.  We work with all of the major providers in every aspect of travel and do not promote one more than another; we will always make recommendations based on what will best suit your travel preferences.
